We know that sometimes there are issues with websites, and if you are hosting your website with us and having issues with it, the fastest way to get support is by filling out the form below.
Once you fill out the form, we will contact you with information about the issue you’re having. Please know that our Support team is on top of these issues as soon as the form is filled out, so you do not need to call BizzyWeb to find out ticket status – we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
While we do strive to offer support as soon as possible, please note that we do prioritize Support tickets on an issue severity basis.
Our support hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm central time.
If a US federal holiday lands on one of these days we will respond the next closest business day.
We use the following guide to prioritize these issues:
- Tier 1 – Critical Support Requests
- Server outages, server issues, or issues that affect multiple clients
- We strive for a response time within 2 hours
- Tier 2 – Serious Support Requests
- Malware issues
- We strive for a response time within 6 hours business hours
- Tier 3 – Other Support Requests
- Password resets, plug-in issues, minor website updates or troubleshooting, etc.
- We strive for a response time within 1 business day (these issues will be handled during normal business hours).
