Pistoia Alliance is a global, not-for-profit member organization collaborating to lower barriers to innovation in life science and healthcare R&D. They were interested in getting a CRM and marketing automation solution to help them further their initiatives and help track their Sales, Marketing and Service efforts.

HubSpot brought in BizzyWeb as a select partner to help with onboarding Pistoia Alliance onto the HubSpot software. There were several initiatives: create their CRM to track membership, Sales, and project involvement for members. They also wanted to automate internal processes so the correct team members would be notified of any membership or project changes. We also helped create scoring for members, and reporting dashboards for the team to add data intelligence into their business operations.

BizzyWeb worked with the client to consolidate data from multiple spreadsheets and email programs, and organize data flows into a CRM that would make sense for their business. Once the information was in HubSpot and training was complete, the Sales and Project teams have been able to get a well-rounded picture of what is happening in their business.

Pistoia Alliance retains BizzyWeb to assist with monthly CRM updates and improvements based on corporate goals.
